Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping (Australia): 5–10 business days.
Express Shipping (Australia): 2–3 business days (delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and carrier).
Free shipping is available on orders over $50 within Australia.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays or factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please report the issue within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
