Shipping & Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at pt.rithicknandha@gmail.com; once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, some beauty items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items, and gift cards. For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for returns. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, though your bank may take longer; if more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us for an update.
We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping at this time. Standard Shipping within Australia usually takes 5–10 business days, while Express Shipping generally takes 2–3 business days (delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and carrier). Orders over $50 within Australia qualify for free shipping. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or factors outside our control, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
