Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for returns. We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
